Sleep Utility End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Zetegy LLC regarding the use of Sleep Utility.

License Grant

Zetegy LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Sleep Utility on your Mac devices at no cost.

You are permitted to:

• Install and use Sleep Utility on any Mac you own or control
• Use the software for personal or commercial purposes

Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the software for any illegal purposes

Intellectual Property

Sleep Utility and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Zetegy LLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sleep Utility is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Zetegy LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zetegy LLC be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Sleep Utility, including but not limited to data loss or system damage.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting Sleep Utility from your system. This license will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
