Sleep Utility Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Sleep Utility, a paid macOS utility developed by Zetegy LLC.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sleep Utility, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Description of Service
Sleep Utility is a menu bar application for macOS that allows you to schedule sleep, shutdown, restart, or logout operations on your Mac.
Permitted Use
Your permitted devices depend on the purchase channel. A direct Mac License is assigned to one user and may be activated on up to three Macs. Additional users require additional seats. App Store purchases are governed by Apple's account and Family Sharing terms.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use Sleep Utility for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software
- Distribute or resell the software
- Use the software in a way that could damage or impair our services
No Warranty
Sleep Utility is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
Zetegy LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of Sleep Utility, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or business interruption.
Privacy
Timer operations are performed locally. Direct-build licensing and update checks, and purchase processing, require limited network requests as described in our Privacy Policy.
Updates and Changes
We may update Sleep Utility and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Termination
You may stop using Sleep Utility at any time by removing it from your system. We may discontinue the software at any time without notice.
