Terms of Use

Rules and regulations for using LiftCue.

LiftCue Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of LiftCue, a workout planner and log developed by Zetegy LLC. By using LiftCue, you agree to these terms. The LiftCue End-User License Agreement governs your license to the software.

Tracking your workouts

LiftCue helps you plan sessions, record exercises and review your training history. You choose your exercises, weights and training goals. The app provides a personal training log. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or determine whether a workout is safe for you.

You retain your rights to the plans, notes and workout records you create. If you import or export records, you are responsible for having permission to use and share the material. Our LiftCue Privacy Policy explains how LiftCue handles workout data, optional iCloud sync and Apple Health permissions.

LiftCue Unlimited

The free version limits the number of workouts you can track. LiftCue Unlimited lets you track workouts beyond that limit. The purchase screen shows the options available to you, their prices, and any billing period or introductory offer before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. Apple bills your Apple Account. To change or cancel your subscription, open the subscriptions section of your Apple Account. If you accept a trial and want to avoid the first renewal charge, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Deleting LiftCue does not cancel a subscription. Manage an Apple subscription.

When Lifetime is offered, it is a one-time purchase of LiftCue Unlimited with no recurring charge. To recover an existing purchase, sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy it and choose Restore Purchases in LiftCue. You can request a refund of an App Store purchase through Apple's refund service.

Your rights and responsibilities

Use LiftCue in accordance with applicable law, the license agreement and the terms of any Apple services you choose to use. Zetegy and its licensors retain their rights in the software and its included materials. You may not sell or redistribute the app or bypass its purchase controls except as permitted by law or by the license agreement.

Warranty and consumer rights

LiftCue is provided as available. Zetegy disclaims implied warranties only to the extent applicable law allows. These terms preserve your rights under consumer law and do not exclude liability for fraud, personal injury or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The license agreement explains how to make a warranty claim.
